  • Lease-type Real Estate Fund

    Aims to capture stable income and capital gain from increased asset value of commercial real estate properties (office, logistics center, retail, hotel, rental housing, etc.)

    Aims to capture development profit by pursing development business and selling properties at stabilization or by pre or after-completion sale for properties built for sale purpose
